Accommodation options

The price of your Safari Swing ticket is based on the category of accommodation you choose to stay in at the Safari Swing game lodge. You can find more details of our accommodation options here. The price shown is for full occupancy of your chosen accommodation type and includes tickets to allow all occupants to enjoy the full Safari Swing experience.

Role balancing

To ensure that all of our attendees get the most our of their Safari Swing experience, please ensure that your booking is role balanced between leader and follower roles. Note these are the roles you will be expected to adopt in classes. If you are unable to find a partner to role balance with, please let us know so we can match your booking with a person or group from the opposite role. For solo travellers, we may also be able to help you find a room share buddy.

Booking

The booking process will take place in two stages. By reserving your preferred accommodation option from the choices below, your place at Safari Swing will be held. Once we have received and verified your application, we will provide you with payment information so that you can make payment to confirm your booking.

Payment

No money is due at this stage. Once we have received and verified your reservation, we will provide you with a Worldpay credit card payment link, allowing you to make payment and confirm your place.

Special Offers

1) Early bird discount - Take advantage of our discounted early bird price, with savings of up to 20% off the cost of your Safari Swing ticket. This offer applies to a limited number of tickets and will not be around for long so book early to avoid disappointment.

2) Free room upgrade - Enjoy a free upgrade to a Two Bedroom Suite when four people book two Standard Suites together. Simply book your Standard Suites as normal and we will apply the upgrade automatically once we receive your booking.

3) Spread the cost of your Safari Swing ticket by taking advantage of our extended payment option, which allows you to secure your ticket by paying just a 25% deposit now, followed by up to ten payments. Further details can be found here.
