Accommodation and transfers
- Private transfer from Johannesburg airport to the Safari Swing hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg, tailored to the size of your group
- One night in a superior room in the 5 star Safari Swing hotel, in Sandton, Johannesburg
- Coach transfer from the Safari Swing hotel to the Safari Swing game lodge
- 4 nights accommodation at the 5 star Safari Swing lodge, in Pilanesberg game reserve
- Coach transfer either back to Sandton, Johannesburg, or directly to Johannesburg's OR Tambo airport, at the end of the event
Food and drink
- Champagne reception and group dinner on the first evening of the event*
- Breakfast at the Safari Swing hotel on day two

The animals
- Game drives every day of your stay at the lodge. Each game drive lasts for around 3 hours, giving you almost a full day in the bush over the course of the event
- A dedicated and experienced safari guide to take you around the game reserve
- Additional game vehicles, allowing us to reduce number of guests in each, ensuring that have space to enjoy your game drives in comfort
- Coffee and nibbles on your morning game drive
- Complimentary drinks and snacks in the bush on your evening drive as you watch the sun go down
Photography
- Super talented Safari Swing photographer, Bradford Whelan will be joining us again in 2026 to photograph the event
- Not only will Brad will be on hand to take incredible photos of you dancing, he will also join us in our game vehicles to capture wonderful moments on safari
- Pictures will be made available to all attendees ABSOLUTELY FREE!!
- There are no photography packages to buy. Everything is in included in your ticket price. We want you to be able to look back on your time at Safari Swing and relive the emotions of this incredible event. Our aim is to create incredible memories that will last a lifetime
