Accommodation and transfers
- Private transfer from Johannesburg airport to the Safari Swing hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg, tailored to the size of your group
- One night in a superior room in the 5 star Safari Swing hotel, in Sandton, Johannesburg
- Coach transfer from the Safari Swing hotel to the Safari Swing game lodge
- 4 nights accommodation at the 5 star Safari Swing lodge, in Pilanesberg game reserve
- Luxury transfer either back to Sandton, Johannesburg, or directly to Johannesburg's OR Tambo airport, at the end of the event
Food and drink
- Champagne reception and group dinner at the Safari Swing hotel on the first evening of the event*

Safari time
- One afternoon and one morning game drive each night of your stay at the lodge. Each game drive lasts for around 3 hours, giving you more than 24 hours in the bush over the course of the event
- A dedicated and experienced safari guide to take you around the game reserve
- A reduced number of guests in each game vehicle to ensure that have space to enjoy your game drives in comfort
- Coffee and nibbles on your morning game drive
- Enjoy a complimentary drink and snacks in the bush on your evening drive as you watch the sun go down

- Super talented Bradford Whelan has joined the team and will be photographing the event
- Not only will Brad will be on hand to take incredible photos of you dancing, he will also join us in our game vehicles to capture the wonderful moments on safari
